Princeton University Buys Gas Station on Alexander Street

The property may fit into the University's broader vision for redevelopment in the area.

Princeton University has purchased Larini’s Service Center at the corner of Alexander Street and Faculty Road, the Princeton Packet reports.

It was purchased on Friday for an undisclosed amount, and may figure into the University’s broader plan for redevelopment in that area, according to the report.

The University is speaking with a potential tenant, but the site is not expected to be used as a gas station, according to the report.
