The Princeton University football team rebounded from its first conference loss of the season to defeat Cornell, 38-27, in Ivy League play on Saturday, according to espn.com.
Connor Michelsen threw four touchdown passes, a career-high, in the win.
Two of those passes were caught by Connor Kelley, a 21-yard reception and a 28-yard catch, in the third quarter.

Michelsen also threw a 3-yard touchdown pass to Dre Nelson and a 16-yarder to Scott Carpenter in the second quarter.
Kedric Bostic scored on a run from 2 yards out for the Tigers, and Nolan Bieck connected on a 36-yard field goal to cap the scoring.

Princeton’s defense was powered by four sacks, from Rohan Hylton, Andrew Frisby, Marcus Stroud and Garrit Leicht, according to goprincetontigers.com.
Princeton improved to 4-3 overall and 3-1 in the Ivy League.
The Tigers are tied for second place with Dartmouth (5-2, 3-1), which suffered its first conference loss on Saturday, and Yale (6-1, 3-1), which defeated Columbia on Saturday.
Harvard’s (7-0, 4-0) win over Dartmouth gave the Crimson sole possession of first place with three games left.
