Where did Princeton fall on U.S. News and World Report's Global Universities Rankings?

Princeton University has maintained its status among the top global universities.
For the second consecutive year, the University is ranked No. 13 in U.S. News and World Report’s Global Universities Rankings.
It was also No. 13 in the inaugural rankings released last year, according to nj.com. Princeton and Rutgers University were the only two in New Jersey that were ranked. Rutgers was No. 60.

Universities from over 60 countries were ranked based on academic research performance and their global and regional reputations. A total of 750 universities were ranked.
Princeton’s overall score was 81.4, with top 10 rankings in the areas of global research reputation, regional research reputation, normalized citation impact (total number of citations per resarch paper) and percentage of total publications that are among the 10 percent most cited.

Of the University’s 7,929 students, 2,142 are classified as “international students.” A total of 293 members of the University’s 942-member academic staff are classified as “international stafff.”
