Princeton University Student Fights Off Suspected Mugger
The student was walking down Alexander Street Wednesday night when he was attacked from behind.

Princeton, NJ -- A graduate student at Princeton University was walking on Alexander Street when he was attacked from behind around 11:20 p.m. Wednesday night, the Princeton Packet reports.
After an unknown man grabbed the student and began feeling around his pants pocket, the student was able to punch the man in the face and send him fleeing, according to the report.
Anyone with information on the crime is asked to call the University’s Department of Public Safety at 609-258-1000.
