Princeton: Dining Club Members Broke University Rules In Alleged Oral Sex Incident
An unspecified number of students were charged following a university investigation.

Princeton University has accused several members of the Tiger Inn private dining club with violating university policy after an intoxicated woman allegedly engaged in oral sex on the dance floor two months ago.
The decision was made one week after Princeton Police concluded there was no criminal wrongdoing connected to the incident when someone allegedly took a picture and allegedly emailed the photo to Tiger Inn members.
The university has conducted its own investigation, and determined that there was sufficient information to proceed to the next phase of its own disciplinary process, according to Martin A. Mbugua, Director of Media Relations and University Spokesman.

While a criminal investigation would determine whether an individual has violated criminal law, the university says its review would determine whether a student has violated university policy.
“If a student is found responsible for violating university policy, appropriate penalties would be issued, Mbugua said. ”If a student is found not responsible, no penalties would be issued. Under its policies, the university is committed to conducting its disciplinary process in a manner that is prompt as well as full and fair.”

The act allegedly took place in October at the Tiger Inn, the third oldest private eating club located on the Princeton University campus.
According to Planet Princeton, a female student who was intoxicated allegedly engaged in oral sex on the dance floor during a part in October; someone then allegedly took a picture of the incident.
According to police, the photo didn’t depict any intimate body parts engaged in a sexual act.
