Princeton Walmart To Close Permanently
With the store closing, the nearest Walmart location to Princeton will be the Hamilton or East Windor locations.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton area's only Walmart, located in the Nassau Park Pavillion, is closing its doors permanently.
"After a careful and thoughtful review process, we have made the difficult decision to close our Walmart store in Princeton. The decision is based on several factors including the store's overall performance," said Walmart Spokesman Payton McCormick.
McCormick noted the closure does not have to do with the coronavirus pandemic.

The store will close by Aug. 21 and most of the merchandise is expected to be sold prior to the closing date. Remaining perishable items may be donated to local hunger relief organizations.
The store is technically located at 101 Nassau Park Blvd. in West Windsor but Walmart has it listed as its Princeton location.

With the store closing, the nearest Walmart location to Princeton will be the Hamilton location at 1750 Nottingham Way or East Windsor location at 839 Us Highway 130.
