Pure Barre Princeton To Host Free Open House

This open house is an opportunity for new clients to take a class and experience the Pure Barre technique and studio.

PRINCETON, NJ — Pure Barre Princeton is hosting a Free Open House from Friday, Sept. 28 to Sunday Sept. 30. This open house is an opportunity for new clients to take a class and experience the Pure Barre technique and studio.

Pure Barre offers two types of classes rooted in the Pure Barre technique.

Pure Barre classic is a 50 minute class where participants will achieve a full-body workout designed to target and tone the areas of the body women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms.

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each isometric strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up.

Pure Empower is a 45-minute barre-based, high intensity, low impact, full body workout that combines strength training with cardio-centric circuits. It uses body weight, a 6-inch step-up platform and ankle weights. It is challenging, but modifiable for all levels and a great complement to Pure Barre Classic.
