Pure Barre Princeton Hosts Open House Weekend
It's 2019 and many have probably made goals to get back into shape. Pure Barre Princeton is helping with that resolution.

PRINCETON, NJ — It's 2019 and many have probably made goals to get back into shape. To help in this resolution, Pure Barre Princeton is hosting a $10 first class for all new clients Open House on Jan. 12 and 13.
Pure Barre offers three types of classes Pure Barre classic, Pure Empower and Pure Reform.
Pure Barre classic offers a 50 minutes full-body workout designed to target and tone the areas of the body women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. Using low-impact techniques, each isometric strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up.

Pure Empower is a 45-minute barre-based, high intensity, low impact, full body workout that combines strength training with cardio-centric circuits. It uses your own body weight, a 6-inch step-up platform and ankle weights. It is challenging, but modifiable for all levels.
Pure Reform will offer a blend of strength, sculpting and balance training in 50 minutes, merging Pure Barre Classic positioning and movements with resistance bands and slides to burn more calories, increase muscular strength and improve balance and coordination. The class will focus on alignment and intentional movement, with a musically- driven, energetic and fun emphasis.
