Pure Barre Princeton Open House Set For Jan. 13-14

Pure Barre Princeton offers two types exercise classes rooted in the Pure Barre technique.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton residents will have the chance to take a class and experience the Pure Barre experience during Pure Barre Princeton’s free Open House on Jan. 13 and 14. Pure Barre Princeton offers two types exercise classes rooted in the Pure Barre technique.

Pure Barre Classic aims for a full-body workout in 50 minutes. It is designed to target and tone the areas of the body women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each isometric strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk.

Pure Empower is a 45-minute barre-based, high intensity, low impact, full body workout that combines strength training with cardio-centric circuits. It uses your own body weight, a 6-inch step-up platform and ankle weights. It complements Pure Barre Classic, and is modifiable for all age levels.
