Real Estate Developer Offers 3 Acres of Land to Princeton for Zoning Changes: Report
The town has options for developing affordable housing on that land.

Princeton, NJ -- Lanwin Development Corp. intends to provide three acres of land to Princeton that can be developed on in exchange for a zoning change that will help him build a housing unit in another part of town, the Princeton Packet reports.
The town has options for developing the three acres it will acquire, including teaming with Princeton Community Housing that could build 100 percent affordable housing; or partnering with another entity to build housing that is half market rate and half affordable, according to the report.
The decision will ultimately be made by council.
