Roads Flooded, Vehicles Stranded In Princeton
Several township roads are flooded. Police ask residents to stay home.
PRINCETON, NJ - Several roads are flooding throughout Princeton, as tornado warnings went out to Trenton and Princeton on Wednesday night.
Patrols are working to close any roads that are dangerous to travel, police said. Authorities have asked residents to not travel down any roadway that is covered in water, even if it appears shallow.
Several vehicles are stranded on the roads in Princeton. Police have asked residents to stay home until the weather subsides.

At least one tornado was confirmed heading toward New Brunswick, as a tornado warning remained in effect until at least 8:15 p.m. for the area around Princeton.
Earlier, a tornado emergency was issued for Trenton as the tornado that blew apart homes in Mullica Hill appeared to reform as it headed toward Trenton.
