Salt Creek Grille Princeton Executive Chef Luis Estrada will take Princeton residents on a “culinary tour” of the local area next week.
He hosts a Chef’s Dinner at the restaurant on Friday, Oct. 30, 6 p.m.-9 p.m.
Dishes will feature fresh farm-to-table ingredients from local farms, as well as expertly chosen wine pairings by Operating Partner Hugh Preece.
