PRINCETON, NJ — Democrats Mia Sacks and Michelle Pirone Lambros won in a heated race on Tuesday defeating Independent Adam Bierman for two Princeton Council seats, according to unofficial results. The final count on Mail in Ballots will be provided next week.

Overall Princeton favored Sacks with 4,283 total votes and Pirone Lambros with 4,111 over Bierman with 1,092 votes.

All 22 districts favored either Sacks or Pirone Lambros or both over Bierman.

The school board also had a contested race with four candidates vying for the three open three-year seats. School Board Candidates Dafna Kendal, incumbent Debbie Bronfeld, and Susan Kanter won over incumbent Gregory Stankiewicz. (Click here to see the results)
