Stuart Announces New Director of Enrollment Management
The the K-12, all-girls college preparatory school has named Hillary Nastro as Director of Enrollment Management, starting July 1.

Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart, the JK-12, all-girls college preparatory school, has named Hillary Nastro as its Director of Enrollment Management.
Ms. Nastro, who currently serves as the Director of Enrollment Management at Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart in Princeton, will begin with Stuart on July 1 and will be involved in every aspect of the school’s programming. She will work closely with the Director of Admissions, the Advancement Team and the Head of School to provide strategic leadership to strengthen current admission initiatives and to create an environment for continued growth.
“Hillary Nastro brings a sincere passion for Sacred Heart education and nearly 20 years of expertise in K-12 independent school admissions to a stellar team at Stuart," said Head of School Dr. Patty Fagin. "As a current Stuart parent, Ms. Nastro’s personal commitment to the school’s mission is a gift to our future and current Stuart families. With her diverse experience, Ms. Nastro will lead Stuart’s most important efforts in shepherding families through the full arc of a Sacred Heart experience starting in early childhood through the college preparatory years.”

In addition to spending the past few years at Princeton Academy, where she is also a parent, Ms. Nastro spent six years in admissions and community relations at Choate Rosemary Hall in CT. This was preceded by nearly 10 years of admissions leadership at Morristown Beard School in Morristown, NJ; King School in Stamford, CT; and Princeton Day School. Ms. Nastro’s breadth of experience has included supervision of admissions teams, the planning and execution of admissions events, representation of the school in the community and in professional organizations, membership on school committees such as Enrollment, Financial Aid and Innovation, and collaborations with the school’s diversity and marketing departments.
“I am thrilled to work alongside the fantastic team of administrators and educators at Stuart,” said Nastro. “After watching my daughter Anna thrive here these past four years, I look forward to bringing my own experiences to showcase the exceptional teaching and learning at Stuart as it prepares young girls to be confident and compassionate leaders.”

In addition to forging strong relationships with parents and community organizations over the years, Ms. Nastro has also been a member and participant in numerous committees and professional organizations. In recent years, she was a member of the NJAIS Admission Conference Steering Committee and a participant in their Institute for Female Leaders in Education. For nearly 10 years, Ms. Nastro has also been a participant in the Enrollment Management Association annual conference. Ms. Nastro holds a B.A. from Hamilton College.
