Support Princeton Businesses In A Social Distancing Friendly Way

PRINCETON, NJ — A number of Palmer Square businesses are finding alternative ways to keep afloat after Gov. Phil Murphy mandated state closures on Monday night to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

"We understand during these challenging times that provisions to our everyday lives is needed now more than ever. The health and safety of our employees and guests are of the utmost importance to us. Many retailers in Palmer Square have adjusted their hours or have closed, we ask that you check with individual locations prior to your visit. Others, such as our many restaurants, have modified their business to help you get through this," Palmer Square posted.

Here are some of the business offerings:

• The Bent Spoon at 35 Palmer Square West is offering online ordering only for "backdoor curbside" pick up or local delivery.

• Chez Alice at 5 Palmer Square West is offering takeout orders only.
• Halo Pub at 9 Hulfish St. offers grab and go with limited selections of Seventh Heaven pints available.
• Homestead at 43 Hulfish St. offers curbside pickup and complimentary in-home design services.
• JaZams at 25 Palmer Square East offers 20 percent off all web orders using code "together", free delivery within 8 miles, and free curbside pick up.
• Olsson's Fine Foods at 53 Palmer Square West offers takeout orders and complimentary delivery services for orders more than $30.
• Playa Bowls Princeton at 10 Hulfish St. offers pick up and online orders available.
• Princeton Corkscrew at 49 Hulfish St. offers local delivery (free in Princeton), order online or in the app, Anniversary sale 15 percent off all cases, curbside pick up.
• Princeton Soup & Sandwich at 30 Palmer Square East has limited hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Takeout and delivery only, no minimums required.
• Winberie's Restaurant & Bar at One Palmer Square offers curbside pickup and takeout orders, credit cards only.
