Thieves ripped an ATM machine off its cement foundation and stole "tens of thousands of dollars" in 90 seconds, police said.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A group of "professional thieves" stole large amounts of money from a Chase Bank ATM in South Brunswick during the early hours of Wednesday morning, South Brunswick police said.
At 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday, police responded to Chase Bank at 4180 Route 1 for a bank alarm at the ATM. Officers arrived within three minutes only to find the ATM machine ripped off its cement foundation by a van that was still in the parking lot, Deputy Chief James Ryan said.
Around $40,000 was recovered from the parking lot, Ryan said.
