Bartolomei Pucciarelli, LLC, Merges with Ohio-Based CPA Firm Hill, Barth & King LLC®
LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – November 6, 2013 – Officials at Bartolomei Pucciarelli, LLC (BP LLC), a premiere accounting and advisory firm based in Mercer County for almost 25 years, has merged with the Ohio-based accounting and advisory firm, Hill, Barth & King LLC® (HbK LLC).
“Our merger with HbK allows us to continue providing the unique brand of advisory services that has emboldened our reputation,”said BP LLC’s Managing Principal James Bartolomei, CPA, of the merger with the Accounting Today’s Top-100 firm.
Bartolomei Pucciarelli’s company name, logo, website and social media channels will be folded into the HbK brand as part of the merger. Despite the changes, Bartolomei says clients can expect BP’s unwavering commitment to “Uncommon Suppport” to remain a top priority.
“We are here, the same professionals our clients have come to rely on since 1986. And now we have more tools in our toolbox and more services to offer,” says Bartolomei. “We will be able to offer the significant resources and services of a top tier firm.”
Bartolomei Pucciarelli will retain its entire team and add additional members in the coming months as a result of the merger.
