2 Gunmen Kill 'Upcoming' Musician Near College Of New Jersey
The man was shot and killed about a mile from the campus, and patrols have been added near the site.

An upcoming musician was shot and killed by two gunman near the College of New Jersey campus on Thursday, authorities said.
Devon Green, 23, and a friend were sitting outside, in a carport area at Green’s Lanning Street home in Ewing Township, when two unknown men came up the driveway on foot and opened fire, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office.
Green was shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other reported injuries, according to the MCPO.

The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Ewing Police Department are investigating.
College of New Jersey spokesman Luke Sacks told nj.com that there are no increased security measures on campus because of the shooting. "However, we have increased patrols in the neighborhood where the incident took place for the safety of our students living in that area," he said.

Fans posted to Facebook to salute Green, who described himself as an "upcoming rap artist" on social media.
