W2T and W2P special event amateur radio stations mark the battles the birthed a nation
To commorate Washington routing the British at Trenton and Princeton

To commemorate the historic Battles of Trenton and Princeton, fought during the American Revolutionary War, the Delaware Valley Radio Association will operate special event stations around the dates of those battles from its club station in West Trenton.
- W2T, commemorating the Battle of Trenton, will be on the air December 26 to 31, 2025
- W2P, commemorating the Battle of Princeton, will be on the air January 1 to 8, 2026
Special event stations pop up nearly every day, all over the world. They are typically organized to honor holidays, battles, anniversaries, lighthouse lightings, fund raisers and many more.
Located on Bear Tavern Road, the club station is on the very route Washington and his men took on their march from their famous Delaware River crossing to the battle site in the city of Trenton.
