6 Restaurants Under 1 Roof: Wonder To Open At Mercer Co.’s MarketFair

PRINCETON, NJ — Can’t agree on what to eat? A new spot at MarketFair may solve that.

Wonder, a mealtime platform that brings several restaurant concepts together under one roof, will open at MarketFair in the second half of 2027, the shopping center said Thursday.

The MarketFair location will offer food from six concepts:

• Limesalt

• Tejas Barbecue

• Fred’s Meat & Bread

• Yasas, by chef Michael Symon

• Streetbird, by chef Marcus Samuelsson

• Burger Baby

“MarketFair’s continued growth is rooted in our commitment to building on our strong foundation with a new vision for the future,” said Anthony Palino, MarketFair’s senior general manager. “Wonder’s unique approach to dining, impressive variety and focus on convenience reflect that vision in action as we introduce fresh, modern concepts that give our community something new to discover every time they visit.”

Wonder is the latest addition to a multi-year growth plan at MarketFair, which has been adding new retail and dining tenants and upgrading the property.

Sweetgreen opened at the center in September. Several more businesses are set to open in 2027, including OFFLINE by Aerie, Kohler Co., LaScala’s Fire and Warby Parker. More announcements are coming, according to MarketFair.
