HortiCULTURE, a nursery and garden shop on Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey, is hosting the second ever, "Plants and Paws," a pet adoption drive this Saturday.
Local pet adoption agencies, including Friends of Wayne Animals and Victory Rescue,Feeding the Forgotten will be on hand, at the shop starting at 9 a.m. with animals looking for new homes.
The shop, which hopes to make the drive an annual event, will also host live music, pet-friendly vendors, workshops, seminars, prizes, refreshments and other activities to mark the event.
