Ross Bauer, MD of Ramsey NJ and Mark Chang, MD of Nyack, NY, became the newest Partners at Integrated Medical Professionals, PLLC (IMP)—a multi-specialty practice that includes Advanced Urology Centers of New York (AUCNY) and Advanced Radiation Centers of New York (ARC), the largest independent provider of urological and radiation oncology services in the United States.

Board Certified Urologists, Dr. Bauer and Dr. Chang are based at AUCNY – Rockland County. The office, which is based in West Nyack, has seven physicians on staff, and is the premier provider of urologic services in Rockland County.
Dr. Bauer specializes in adult general urology. He also is an Attending at Nyack Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Bauer is a member of the American Urological Association. He has received honors from the Gold Humanism Honor Society, American Osteopathic Association and Phi Kappa Phi.Dr. Bauer received his medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from James Madison University.

Dr. Chang specializes in robotic and laparoscopic urologic surgery and general urology. Prior to his work at AUCNY, he served as an Attending at Mid-Hudson Urological Associates and established a robotic surgery program at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital. He currently does robotic surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, NY. Dr. Chang is also a member of the American Urological Association and Endourology Society. He is the recipient of the Dutchess County Forty Under 40 Award and Rising Stars for Orange County. Dr. Chang received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is also fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and basic Spanish.
Dr. Chang added, “Being part of a group like IMP has allowed me to focus my attention on caring for my patients while having the support of a large administrative staff. I am very enthusiastic to be taking the next step within such a forward-thinking practice.”
