RAMSEY, NJ — Heading to the Giants game? NJ Transit has announced special rail service for the New York Giants' matchup against the Washington Commanders at MetLife Stadium on Thursday, Nov. 12.
According to NJ Transit's official advisory, passengers traveling on the Main Line can connect to stadium-bound trains at Secaucus Junction.
Service from Secaucus to Meadowlands Station begins at 4:53 p.m., with the final stadium-bound train departing at 9:10 p.m.
Passengers must present an NJ Transit event ticket to receive a wristband before boarding. Wristbands are also required for return trips from Meadowlands Station.
NJ Transit is urging passengers to purchase round-trip tickets to Meadowlands Station in advance.
Travelers also need to plan their return trips carefully, as some connecting trains stop operating before stadium service ends.
PATH service will not be cross-honored during the event.
The agency warns that schedules to and from New York have been significantly adjusted because of the Portal Bridge cutover.
Ramsey passengers can review the Main/Bergen County Line schedules and the special game-day timetable before traveling.
