What Can Be Done?
1. Try to limit your screen time at night.
2. Buy blue light filters for your screens. This reduces your exposure to blue light, or you can get blue light filtering glasses.
It is interesting to note that people with Parkinson's disease can be especially harmed by blue light and many of them wear blue light filtering glasses, to reduce the harmful effects of blue light. Reduction of blue light exposure can reduce the dyskinesia tremors that are associated with Parkinson's.
3 .You can swap out your LEDs for incandescent light bulbs or try low-voltage, clear incandescent halogen lights that run on DC power.
