Bergen County Man Arrested After Police Seize $6K Worth of Oxycodone Pills from Home

Authorities seized 200 suspected 30 milligram Oxycodone pills, suspected Marijuana, suspected THC wax, suspected Suboxone strips and more.

A Bergen County man was arrested and charged with possession of Oxycodone with the intent to distribute after members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force and the New Milford and Montvale Police Departments conducted a search warrant on his home.

Jeffrey Devilliers, 32, of New Milford was arrested after authorities seized approximately 200 suspected 30 milligram Oxycodone pills, suspected Marijuana, suspected THC wax, suspected Suboxone strips and drug paraphernalia during the Dec. 1 search warrant, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said. The estimated street value of the controlled dangerous substances seized is approximately $6,000.

Devilliers was charged with one count of possession with the intent to distribute oxycodone, a third degree crime. Additional charges are intended to be levied against Devilliers in future court proceedings.

Bail for Devilliers was set at $20,000 with no ten percent cash option. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of bail.
