Bergen County Woman Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

An Oradell woman was arrested in her home yesterday on child pornography charges, according to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.

Rachel Permut, 23, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and distribution of child pornography after an investigation found she was using the Internet to acquire and transmit images of child pornography.

Permut is a student and part-time teacher, according to Molinelli. Bail has been set to $25,000 with no ten percent option.
