Car Chase Through Bergen County Towns Ends in Police Fire
One suspect is injured and the other is in police custody.

There was a police involved shooting early Tuesday morning in Rutherford after a stolen car took police through a chase from Lyndhurst to Rutherford.
Two suspects were in a stolen Nissan SUV from Newark and had attempted to break into a 2015 Nissan in North Arlington shortly before 3 a.m. but were unsuccessful, according to NorthJersey.com. Lyndhurst Police Department spotted the Nissan SUV after receiving an alert from the North Arlington PD and began to follow it.
The two suspects in the Nissan began driving at a high speed on Ridge Road towards Rutherford before they crashed into the Rutherford Avenue overpass, said a witness who told NBC 4 New York. When the suspects put the car in reverse, Lyndhurst police and a State Trooper fired what a Ridge Road resident claims to be 8 to 10 shots, NorthJersey.com reported.
