Edward C. Syder Scholarship Foundation Accepting Ramsey Resident Applications

Applications for the Edward C. Syder Scholarship Foundation for the 2013 school year are open and available. Eligible applicants must be residents of Ramsey and have completed their freshman year of college.

Qualified applicants for these scholarship awards must demonstrate meritorious accomplishmment, contribution to their college comunity, and be of high personal character.         

This is the twentieth year these scholarships will be granted to qualified individuals. The Foundation has awarded over $350,000 in scholarship funds over the past nineteen years.         

All college or graduate students who are current residents of Ramsey and meet the academic and service criteria are invited to write to the Edward C. Scholarship Committee, P.O. Box 729, Ramsey, New Jersey 07446 or email Syderscholarship@gmail.com for an application.

Applicants may be graduate or undergraduate students. 

Application froms must be completed by November 19, 2012. There will be no extension of time. The scholarship awards will be announced by December 10, 2012 and will be granted for the 2013 Spring Term.
