You’ll know exactly what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how you’re improving week to week. I keep a limited client roster to ensure attention, progression, and accountability. Who I Work Best With - Adults 30+ focused on weight loss and strength - Professionals who need structure and accountability - People returning after injury or time off - Anyone tired of guessing in the gym Most sessions are held at my training facility in Ramsey where I have access to the equipment needed for effective strength and conditioning work. Limited in-home training is available for nearby clients when appropriate. If you’re looking for a one-time workout, I’m likely not the right fit.
