HUMC Dietician To Give Nutrition Tips at Ramsey Seminar

Susan Kraus, a clinical dietician with the Hackensack University Medical Center, will speak on “Nutrition, Bones and General Health” on Thursday, March 21 at 11 a.m. at the Senior Center at Finch Park in Ramsey. 

Her talk will include comments on the latest findings in nutritional research, as well ways food and nutritional supplements can keep you healthy. She will respond to  questions at the end the session.  

Kraus’ talk is sponsored by the Ramsey Board of Health and Ramsey’s Healthy Bones classes. The talk is free and open to the public.

Kraus is a registered dietician and has a MS degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University.  She is frequently quoted on nutritional issues, a popular speaker and the author of several professional articles.  She has also been honored by the New Jersey Dietetic Association.
