Is Hydrogen Peroxide a "Medical Miracle"?
Just about everyone has used hydrogen peroxide to clean a wound. It bubbles and it stings, but it gets the job done.

Do you know that hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) also ranks up there as one of the best household remedies? How can it be such a good remedy and be so inexpensive? No one yet fully understands the complete workings of hydrogen peroxide, but we do know that it is loaded with oxygen and oxygen is needed for aerobic life.
Hydrogen peroxide is one of the few “miracle substances” available to the general public. Besides being so inexpensive, hydrogen peroxide is safe, readily available and best of all, it works!
If you were breast fed, you actually had your first sip of hydrogen peroxide shortly after you took your first breath? That is because breast milk, especially colostrum, which is the initial breast milk produced, contains extremely high concentrations of hydrogen peroxide.

One of the main functions of mother’s milk is to activate and stimulate the immune system in the infant.
Using Hydrogen Peroxide as a Medical Treatment:
As far back as the early 1800s, hydrogen peroxide was widely used in medicine. Many bacterial diseases responded to hydrogen peroxide when no other treatment was effective. In the early twentieth century, hydrogen peroxide was used to treat common diseases, such as whooping cough, cholera, typhoid fever, ulcers, tuberculosis and asthma. But as the pharmaceutical industry began to develop new and more expensive drugs, hydrogen peroxide was progressively replaced by many other more elaborate treatments, with numerous potential side effects.

How Hydrogen Peroxide Helps With Infections & Cancer:
1. Hydrogen peroxide stimulates natural killer (NK) cells, which attack cancer cells as they attempt to spread throughout the body.
2. The body’s immune system releases hydrogen peroxide as part of an immune response by T-cells, to destroy invading bacteria, viruses and fungi.
3. Blood platelets release hydrogen peroxide upon encountering particulate invaders in the bloodstream.
4. In the large intestine, acidophilus lactobacillus produces hydrogen peroxide, which keeps candida yeast from multiplying out of control. If a candida infection manages to spread outside of the intestine, it escapes the natural control system and can gain a foothold within the organs of the body. This is a factor in chronic fatigue syndrome.
5. If someone has the flu, or an ear infection, one treatment is to lay them down on their side and put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide into their ear. After a few seconds, the liquid will bubble, indicating that it is killing the infection. After 5 or 10 minutes, turn them over and repeat the same procedure on the other ear.
6. Hydrogen peroxide can be used as a oral rinse and it also is a natural teeth whitener.
IMPORTANT WARNING - Make Sure You’re Using the Right Kind of Hydrogen Peroxide:
We know that when hydrogen peroxide is taken into the body, either orally or intravenously, the oxygen content of the blood and body tissues increases dramatically.
The hydrogen peroxide that is available at your local pharmacy, which is usually 3% hydrogen peroxide, should NEVER be ingested orally, since it contains many stabilizers that can be toxic.
The only grade OF hydrogen peroxide that is recommended for internal use is 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, which must be properly diluted down to 3% with water.
You should consult your physician prior to taking hydrogen peroxide internally.
