Last Hurrah!

Our Lighten up Ramsey three month weight loss challenge is entering the last month.  We have been sucessful at loosing almost 900 lbs already!!!
Yea Ramsey!!!
The last month is chock full of programs to help you on your journey for wellness and fitness.  Please take a look at the web site:  www.lightenupramsey.com  and click on events.

If you are having some difficulty loosing some pounds, there are some support systems available for you:
*The web site lists coaches who are available to give free coaching sessions.

*Sondra, the nutritionist at Shop Rite is a wonderful resource and support - get to know her.  She has a cult following already for those who weigh in at Shop Rite.
Throughout May there will be Support Groups with nutritionists.  Our own Karen Ranzi of Ramsey will lead a support group  on May 16, 23, and the 30th - all Friday evenings at 7pm.  Check in with this group before you start your weekend!  Check the web site for other support groups at other times.

We are asked -" isn't there somthing available after Lighten Up Ramsey is completed? "    We are considering other opportuniies and will get back to you at our Finale  on June 1 at Eastwick College. 

So Ramsey, let's kick it up a notch for our last month.  We can bring up that weight loss number even higher.  Sometimes just changing one thing in our lives makes a difference:  walk an extra 15 minutes every day, or cut out one item from breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Review the guidelines given out at the kick off for success with weight loss.   These guidelines are available at each weigh-in site if you don't have them.
