The life expectancy in America is declining, while a other developed countries are still increasing their life expectancy.

America ranked 29th out of 43 countries for life expectancy in 2014.
Peter Muennig, who is a professor of health policy and management at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, stated that this decline in life expectancy is a “uniquely American phenomenon.” No other developed countries experienced this decline.
