Lighten Up Ramsey program: "YOGA AND BREATH FOR STRESS REDUCTION"

Come and join Jennifer CeCe as she shares chair and standing yoga techniques, as well as breathing techniques to facillitate stress reduction in our lives.  We will be doing these exercises with her.
