Lodi Teacher Rejects Plea Deal In Bergen County Police Crash Case
Michael Ettz critically injured Bergen County Police Officer Daniel Breslin last April.

A math teacher whose car slammed into Bergen County Police Officer Daniel Breslin’s car last April ”absolutely won’t” take a plea deal, his lawyer said Monday.
Brian Neary told Cliffviewpilot.com that he is ”ready to defend the case,” the website reported.
Assistant Bergen County Prosector Martin Delaney offered Ettz a deal of seven years in prison if he plead guilty. Ettz was indicted on aggravated assault, driving while intoxicated assault by automobile, and leaving the scene of a crash with serious injuries.
