Loving Care 4 Seniors LLC

Loving Care 4 Seniors LLC All- In-One Senior Caregiver* Life Coach* Advocate -Founder: Anita Gore. Location: Ramsey, NJ Website: LovingCare4Seniors.com Phone: (973) 222-5933 My mission is rooted in compassionate caregiving—it's a big part of who I am and the work I do. But it doesn't stop there. Through compassionate care, life coaching, and dedicated advocacy, I empower seniors to navigate life's changes with confidence, protect their dignity, and rediscover their purpose. I stand beside them, ensuring their voices are heard, their rights are respected, and they are reminded every day that their lives are filled with value, purpose, and meaning. Every senior deserves to feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered at every stage of life. I founded Loving Care 4 Seniors from a place of deep love and purpose. After 15 years of supporting seniors and caregivers, I saw how many families were overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure where to turn. I wanted to create a service that felt different — one rooted in compassion, patience, and genuine human connection. This work is personal to me. Every senior deserves to feel valued. Every caregiver deserves support. And every family deserves someone they can trust. What Makes Me Unique? A heart-first approach — I lead with empathy, patience, and genuine care. Specialized support for both seniors and caregivers — a rare combination that strengthens the whole family. Warm, senior-friendly communication — I meet people where they are, with kindness and respect. Personalized attention — no cookie-cutter plans; everything is tailored to the individual. Let me be a calm, reliable presence you can count on.

Mike Alexander Training Systems

I help busy adults lose weight, build strength, and move without pain through structured personal training - not random workouts. I've helped North Jersey clients improve body composition, reduce shoulder/knee/back discomfort, and stay consistent long term by focusing on proper movement and clear progression. Most people come to me after: - Stalled progress - Recurring aches or past injuries - Inconsistent routines - Feeling unsure what actually works My sessions blend progressive strength training with corrective work, so results don’t come at the cost of your joints. You’ll know exactly what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how you’re improving week to week. I keep a limited client roster to ensure attention, progression, and accountability. Who I Work Best With - Adults 30+ focused on weight loss and strength - Professionals who need structure and accountability - People returning after injury or time off - Anyone tired of guessing in the gym Most sessions are held at my training facility in Ramsey where I have access to the equipment needed for effective strength and conditioning work. Limited in-home training is available for nearby clients when appropriate. If you’re looking for a one-time workout, I’m likely not the right fit. What Sessions Look Like - Movement assessment first - Structured strength training with built-in joint care - Posture and stability work integrated into sessions - Measurable progression week to week - Simple guidance outside sessions so progress continues The goal is sustainable change — not short bursts of motivation. If you’re serious about consistent progress, message me with: 1. Your main goal 2. Any injuries or limitations 3. Preferred training times I’ll let you know if we’re a good fit and the next step for getting started.
