Man Charged With Driving Stolen Car In Ramsey: Report
Bruce T. Winn was also arrested Sunday night in Wyckoff on drug possession charges.

A Pennsylvania man was arrested Monday night for being in possession of a stolen car, The Record reported.
Bruce T. Winn, 49, was charged with receiving stolen property; the car, a 2012 black Mitsubishi Lancer, was stolen from an Exxon gas station on Route 17 in Paramus, police said in the report.
The car has been left running in the gas station’s parking lot while the driver went into the convenience store, according to the report.

Winn was given a $10,000 bail.

Winn was charged with possession of heroin, possession of PCP, possession of narcotics in a motor vehicle, and several other traffic summonses in Wyckoff Sunday night, police said. Winn and a friend were found in a car on Everett Avenue
