Everything we need to be healthy can be obtained from good wholesome food, which is nature's medicine cabinet.

You may have heard “Let your food be your medicine”. This expression comes from the fact that most ailments will respond favorably if you give your body the raw materials that it needs to heal. You also need to avoid the toxins that will hamper that healing. In order for healing to take place, other lifestyle modifications may also be required.

The problem is that we are not getting the proper nutrients for healing and we are living in a toxic world.
