Military Moms To Lay Wreaths In Remembrance In Ramsey Saturday

Wreaths will be paid at the Ramsey Veterans Park at noon.

Local military mothers will lay ceremonial wreaths in veterans parks in Mahwah and Ramsey on Saturday to honor those who have served and continue to serve in the military.

North Jersey Military Moms has organized the public event, which local veterans, local and county elected officials, and Girl Scout and Boy Scout troop will attend.

The wreaths will be provided by Wreaths Across America, will provide the wreaths for the ceremonies.

The ceremonies begin at noon. Seven wreaths will be displayed at each location: One of each branch of the military and one for POWs and MIAs.
