Can there actually be a real disorder called " Nature Deficiency Disorder"?

You may have heard of the "Winter Blues", or "Cabin Fever". Both of these disorders are also actually real.

The "Winter Blues" can result from not only a vitamin D deficiency, but also from being cooped up inside.

"Cabin Fever" is more or less the same thing, but without the vitamin D deficiency. It is compounded by boredom.

Yes, spending time outdoors can significantly lift your mood, but why?

1. The earth will acts as a natural "grounding" agent. The earth is more negatively charged and humans are more positively charged. Being in physical contact with the earth has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, as well as much more.
