Despite remaining power outages and ongoing recovery from last week’s Hurricane Sandy, Ramsey voters will be going to the polls Tuesday. Three seats on the borough council are up for election locally. Voters will also be voting in county and statewide elections, as well as for the President and on two public ballot questions.
Thanks to Sandy, only two polling locations will be used this year, Ramsey High School and Dater School. The following districts will vote at the following locations:

If you’re not sure which district you’re in, borough officials said to check the front of the sample ballot that was mailed to all residents, or call borough hall at 201-825-3400.
According to a reverse 911 sent out by Mayor Chris Botta, “[i]f you were supposed to vote at Ramsey High School, you will still vote at the High School. All other polling districts will vote at the Dater School. To be more specific, if you live on the High School side of the railroad tracks and the High School side of Main Street, you will vote at the High School. The remainder of the Borough will vote at Dater School.”
See the attached diagram of polling locations, which was taken from the borough of Ramsey website.
