The Problems With Gluten
If humans have been eating bread for so long, why has gluten suddenly become a problem?

Gluten is a protein made of glutenin and gliadin molecules that form an elastic bond when water is present.
Originally, humans didn't consume grains as a staple of their diet. We were hunters and gatherers. However, it does appear that we have been consuming bread containing gluten for about 30,000 years. If gluten was such a problem, shouldn't that problem emerged long ago?

1. It is less nutritious, especially when it isn't is the whole grain form.
2. It contains a much higher concentration of gluten.

Gluten intolerance is a condition when someone's immune system responds abnormally to gluten. Celiac disease is an extreme gluten intolerance. Many people have a sub-clinical gluten intolerance that they are not even aware of.
Besides gluten, some other factors that disrupt gut health are; GMOs, excess sugar, drugs, pesticides (such as glyphosate), toxins and harmful electromagnetic frequencies (EMF).
A gluten-free diet is an important step to reduce gluten-related disorders. Since many people have a gluten sensitivity and don't even know it, my advice to everyone is to get off of gluten for a month and see how they feel.
A mistake many make is buying gluten-free foods that are full of artificial ingredients. You are better off to always choose whole unprocessed foods and meals that are made from scratch.
