Ramsey Gas Station Catches Fire After Car Crashes Into Pumps

Firefighters from 3 towns responded to the blaze.

RAMSEY, NJ — A gas station caught fire Sunday morning after a car crashed into gas pumps there Sunday morning, authorities said.

Firefighters from Ramsey, Allendale, and Mahwah responded to the Delta gas station on Franklin Turnpike caught fire Sunday morning, fire officials said. No information on any injuries was available.

Firefighters knocked the fire down about a half hour after they responded to the gas station, Daily Voice reported.

Fire authorities and Police Chief Bryan Gurney could not be immediately reached for additional comment.
