Ramsey Kindergarten Registration Set for New Year

Ramsey children who will be five on or before October 1, 2013 can soon register for Kindergarten, the Ramsey Schol District announced in a release this week. Parents and guardians can pick up Kindergarten registration packets at the borough’s elementary schools beginning the week of Jan. 2. They can also be downloaded online, under the “District Forms” tab.

In-person Kindergarten registration will be held at the Wesley D. Tisdale School and Mary A. Hubbard School on Jan. 22 and 23 between 9 and 11 a.m. Parents are asked to bring completed packets and all supporting documents requested in the packets on registration day.  

Kindergarten Screening will take place in February and appointments will be scheduled at registration. 

On Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m., parents of incoming kindergarteners can learn about Ramsey’s Kindergarten program and the screening process at a Parent Orientation meeting, to be held at the Tisdale School Gymnasium The snow date is Wednesday, Feb. 20.
