Ramsey Police Department Hiring New Officers
Applications will be accepted through the middle of next month

The Ramsey Police Department is hiring police officers, Chief Bryan Gurney announced this week. Though the borough is not releasing specific details about the available positions, Gurney said the PD will be accepting applications until April 17.
According to a release from the PD, interested applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
NJ Police Training Commission certification as of July 1, 2013

AND
A four year college degree

OR
At least two years of active military service with a two-year college degree or 60 credits from an accredited college
OR
At least four years of active military service, with a commitment to complete a two-year degree or receive 60 credits within the next five years.
Applicants can get more information in the attached announcement, and pick up pre-applications at the Ramsey Police Station.
