Ramsey Police Looking For Emotionally-Disturbed Man
Man allegedly jumped out of a car Thursday night, police said.
Ramsey police officers were looking for an emotionally-disturbed man Thursday night after he allegedly jumped out of a vehicle.
The man, who is in his 40s, allegedly jumped out of the vehicle and was walking on Franklin Turnpike near the Allendale border, police said.
The man was last seen wearing a dark-colored coat, a cowboy hat, and was using a cane.
