Ramsey Rotary Helps Purchase New Truck For Table To Table
Table To Table collects prepared and perishable food that would otherwise be wasted and delivers it to North Jersey charities.
RAMSEY, N.J. — The Bergen Highlands Ramsey Rotary Club has helped purchase a new refrigerated truck for Table To Table.
Table To Table is a community-based food rescue program. Its members collect prepared and perishable food from 200 donors that would otherwise be wasted and deliver it to 80 organizations serving Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Hudson counties.
The new 20-foot truck will allow Table To Table to deliver about 1 million more meals annually.

To help feed the 1.2 million hungry New Jerseyans, Table To Table has pledged to deliver 15 million meals in 2017.
