The Silver Lining in Ramsey is hosting a Spring Styling event that will help fund programming at Mahwah's Pony Power Therapies

This week, Ramsey residents can shop locally for some new spring fashions while helping out one of the region’s acclaimed therapy centers.

This Tuesday, The Silver Lining is hosting a Spring Styling Event.

The event comes with some fashion advice. Starting at 7 p.m., Dot Anderson and Maria Kistler of W by Worth will be on-hand with their spring collection of women's luxury apparel. And, the shop’s owners, Debi Cichonski and Wendy Lupo, will be in the store helping customers pick out the best pieces to accessorize outfits.

While picking the experts’ minds, customers who buy something at The Silver Lining will have 15% of the purchase donated to Pony Power Therapies, a therapeutic riding center in Mahwah that provides equine therapy to developmentally disabled and at-risk populations across the region.

Pony Power Therapies owner Dana Spett was recently honored by New Jersey First Lady Mary Pat Christie as a “New Jersey Hero.”
