RAMSEY, NJ — Smith School was dismissed at noon and more than 500 Orange & Rockland customers were without power Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the school was immediately dismissed at noon Tuesday, police said.
More than 500 Orange and Rockland customers were without power, according to the outage map on Orange & Rockland's website.
