State Police Hope New 'Tiger Lady' Sketch Brings Info on Cold Case from 1991

Female's body found near rest stop on Interstate 80 in Warren County still unidentified.

More than 23 years ago a female body was found near a rest area just off Interstate 80 in Warren County, New Jersey. Despite a remarkable tattoo on the female’s body, she still has not been identified.

It’s that tattoo – a Bengal tiger emblazoned on her left calf – that gave the unidentified female the moniker of “Tiger Lady.”

New Jersey State Police forensics experts have updated a composite sketch of the woman, and authorities hope the new image helps to identify the female – and eventual crack the cold case.
